We will take your Discord apart in writing
Send us your server. Two working days later you get a written teardown of what a new member meets, where the structure loses people, what your permissions would cost you on a bad day, and what a bot could answer from data you already hold. No fee, no call, no obligation.
01
Free
No fee, no trial, no card. If it turns into work, that is a separate conversation with a number attached.
02
Written
It arrives as a document you can forward to whoever else needs to read it. There is no call unless you want one.
03
Two days
Two working days from the moment the invite lands. If we are too busy to hold that, we say so rather than going quiet.
04
Honest
If your server is in good shape, the teardown says so. A document that manufactures five urgent problems is an advertisement wearing a lab coat.
01Send it over
Six fields, ninety seconds
We need the invite and somewhere to send the document. Everything else is so the teardown answers the question you actually have.
02Questions
The ones everybody asks first
- Is the Discord teardown really free?
- Yes. No fee, no trial and no card. Cadenic Studios writes the teardown, sends it, and that is the end of the obligation — if it turns into a build, that is a separate conversation with a price attached. It is free because it is a better demonstration of the work than any pitch, and cheaper for us than an advertisement.
- What do you need from us to do it?
- An invite to the server, or its name if it is public. Nothing else. We look at it the way a new member would, which is the point — the findings that matter are the ones visible to somebody arriving for the first time. If the server is private, an invite that expires in a week is plenty.
- What does the teardown actually cover?
- Five things: what a new member meets in their first thirty seconds and where that path loses them; whether the channel structure reads as a place or a filing cabinet; every role and bot and what each could do on the worst day; what a bot could usefully answer from data you already hold; and whether anybody searching for your community can find it.
- How long does it take?
- Two working days from the moment the invite arrives. It comes back as a written document rather than a call, so you can forward it to whoever else needs to read it.
- Will you join our server and message our members?
- No. We look, we write, we leave. Nobody is messaged, nothing is posted, and we do not stay in the server after the teardown is sent unless you ask us to.
- What does it cost if we want the work done?
- A server rebuilt from a script, with onboarding and permissions, is a few days of work. A bot that answers from your own live data is typically one to three weeks, and the time goes into the data rather than the Discord part. Both are quoted in writing after the teardown, against the specific things it found.
